However, Villahermosa’s first Family Education Day is tonight and Spencer is torn between helping to set it up and helping to find his replacement, who will take over the chapter once he’s gone. Will Dr. Baquero find someone who she thinks can effectively run the chapter, while also meeting all of Spencer’s outlandish hiring requirements?
